Utility Logo is Hiring a Billing Administrator Near City Of Industry, CA

Position Summary
HCEW Management Services, LLC (“HCEW-MS”) provides administrative support services to Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC (“UTMC”), HCEW-MS, and affiliated entities. UTMC, a family-owned 100 year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America’s fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer. UTMC has six manufacturing factories – five in various states within the United States and one in Mexico -- and a research and development facility in California. HCEW and UTMC are headquartered in City of Industry, California and this is an on-site position.

This position requires an understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles related to accounts receivable, intercompany billing, lease billing, month-end balancing of sales, and other miscellaneous accounting concepts. The candidate must be able to apply the appropriate level of accounting knowledge and draw upon previous experiences in a multifaceted environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile free text billing for all legal entities within D365.
• Prepare month-end lease billing for specific legal entities within D365.
• Run financial reports to reconcile lease income for specific legal entities with D365.
• Generate fixed asset billing monthly within D365.
• Run D365 accounts receivable reports to reconcile monthly billing.
• Reconcile the sales account to the general ledger.
• Record and track of work order log; Run reports and distribute to costing department.
• Assist in special projects as required.
• Assist in other departmental tasks as needed.
• Collaborate daily with cross functional teams.

Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of sales vs cost of sales
• Strong understanding of customer settlements
• Candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access
• Must have D365 experience.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organize daily and monthly duties.
• Proactive problem solver
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data management.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and the ability to prioritize workload.

Compensation
Salary: $25-$27 an hour
